We are a family of 5 born and raised in cities along the southern border of Texas and Mexico. We later moved to Dallas and lived there for 13 years. We had no knowledge of anything farm-related, but in 2014, we began to see the necessity of the traditional lifestyle which had been lost in our recent generations. We began to learn and do things which no one around us was doing, like baking bread at home, cheese-making, planting our own garden, etc. Our farm is located in Waco, Texas.

This lifestyle began to cultivate something in us and brought us to our current land in Waco, Texas. Here, as we continue to expand our knowledge, we implement it to create a sustainable and wholesome life.
